In The Daily Sophia, you will read about my future education plans, my 5 year plan, my career, and the research that goes along with it, and the goals I have in my life. For my future plans you’ll read about about school I plan to attend this fall, and the requirements that go along with it. For my 5 year plan, the title says it all, you will read about my future plans for the next five years of my life. For my career page, you’ll learn about what career field I plan on going into and the requirements my job demands. My goals page is also self explanatory, it’s a page with my vision board and goals for life.

Other ideas for writing a blog could include personal experiences. For example, you could write a page about an experience at summer camp or high school. It can be used for students to reflect on the time they had at camp or during their senior year of school. They can also use it to plan future trips or for college. Future trips can depend on tons of planning and the same thing goes for college. Many college admissions look at a students high school experience not just SAT and ACT scores! I think that including a page about one’s own personal experiences would definitely benefit future bloggers.

My personal opinion about creating a blog was that it was a fun experience. The pros of a blog are that I now have a my own website page that is very organized and has everything ready to reach easily. I think that blogs make it simple for students to have everything in one place. I feel like a blog can be something that is fun to use and personalize. In my opinion, the career page was my favorite. I am so passionate about nursing and cannot wait to become one! The cons of a blog that I have are that creating a website page and having to maintain one constantly (if you are that dedicated) can be very difficult. One challenge that I faced was trying to make the pages visually appealing to me and my style and editing was kind of hard. I feel like having a little more of an explanation on how the website functioned would have helped me more but otherwise making the blog was super fun and a piece of cake!
